Osage Valley Electric Cooperative: A Member-Owned Utility

Osage Valley Electric Cooperative is a member-owned utility serving families and businesses in Missouri’s Bates, Henry, Cass, Johnson, Benton, St. Clair, and Vernon counties. As a member-owned cooperative we exist to serve - not to make a profit. Energy rates are reasonable because of it. Being member-owned also means that we invest back into our territory through community involvement and donations to non-profit organizations, in addition to making major infrastructure improvements like we did in bringing broadband to West Central Missouri.
